High resiliency 2.0 soft grade, high resiliency 2.5 medium grade, 3.0 high resiliency firm, 3.5 high resiliency extra firm, eco-friendly high resiliency, down lined high resiliency, down and poly-filled three-channel fiber. All of our foam is wrapped and professionally cut to the shape of your seat or back cushions. If your furniture has all attached seats and backs, our trained professionals can take your furniture apart, maintain the integrity of the material and frame, and reassemble your furniture to give it a new look and great feel. Don't worry about replacing your entire furniture if it just does not sit the way you want it to, call us and replace it. Poly Fiber Cores At Different Densities

Poly Fiber | Standard. Our Standard cushions come availible in four options. 1.8 pound, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.5. Each level increses the density of the foams core and will increse the firmness of the seat. The polyurethane foam is then surrounded by polyester fiber for softness. The foam is encased in a polyester fiber sewn ticking that allows the cushion to breathe. The foam seat offers a soft surface feel that conforms to the body dependong on the firmness of the core. As needed, the actual construction of this cushion is modified to achieve the degree of softness desired by increasing or decreasing the liner on the outer casing.

Royal Down Exterior With Different Core Densities

Royal Down l Down lined. Our Standard cushions come availible in four options. 1.8 pound, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.5. Each level increses the density of the foams core and will increse the firmness of the seat. Then a 2 oz. plush fiber crown patch is inserted on the top, followed by a layer of 2 oz. Plush fiber and finished off with a downproof ticking filled with a 50/50 down and feather/fiber blend.

Soft Royal Crown

The central core is a 2.4 density high-resiliency Qualux foam with a 16 lb. compression. Then a 2 oz. plush fiber crown patch is inserted on the top and bottom, followed with a 2 oz. plush fiber wrap before being inserted into a non-woven polyester sewn ticking. Our Soft Crown Royal cushion provides the highest crown and softest seat, yet will hold its shape better with use since the softness is achieved within the core itself as well as the fiber wrap.

Ultra Spring Down Cushion/MicroDown Back

Starting with a high quality Marshall spring unit featuring 2 inch coils, completely wrapped in 2 inch high resiliency foam, the cushion is topped with an all-feather/down bag with down- proof inner liner and ticking. We always recommend pairing this cushion with a MicroDown back pillow – a super comfortable microfiber and feather/down combination. The overall feel of this cushion/back pairing is dense and “meaty” but also soft with a superb memory-return.

Spring Fiber

Within the center of the cushion, there is an encased spring coil unit that offers support. The spring coil unit is layered on all four sides with a 1 inch cap of 1.8 dense, 24 lb. compression, wrapped with polyester fibers and finally encased with the polyester fiber sewn ticking. The Spring Fiber cushion provides deep firm support.

High Density Memory Foam Core

Traditional memory foam is engineered to mold to your body and is constructed to keep its shape and have only slpw compression. Memory foam tends to be firmer to the sit and works best on thinner applications vs thick regular sofa cushions. I can then be encased with the polyester fiber sewn ticking. The Spring Fiber cushion provides deep firm support.

Organic Latex Foam

Our organic latex product line is certified 100% all natural foam rubber, which means there are no added toxins—just tree sap and additive-free soaps used in the manufacturing process. Many companies advertise “natural” alternatives to conventional foam that actually contain artificial materials. Competitors with latex foam offerings generally use a blend of naturally and synthetically produced latex, and those with soy-based foams blend 5 to 35 percent soy with oil-based derivatives and flame retardants.I can then be encased with the polyester fiber sewn ticking. The Spring Fiber cushion provides deep firm support or left in its original organic form.

Standard Three Channel Fiber Back Cushion

When a piece of furniture has a pillow back it tends to be encased in a cushion that is made up of a poly fiber blend. Ours are developed to have three channel layers to help the cushions keep its shape for years to come. Our standard cushions are lined with a polyester fiber sewn thickening for extra support.

Down filled Three Channel Fiber Back Cushion Fiber

Our three channel back down cushions are filled with a plush fiber and finished off with a downproof ticking filled with a 50/50 down and feather/fiber blend. This is a more luxury version of a pillow back cushion and the combination of down and poly helps the cushions keep its shape. The cushions are lined with a polyester fiber sewn thickening for extra support.
